The workout schedule below is designed to help you learn the basic concepts and exercises in the Pilates mat repetoire.

👉 Start with Week 1 and then continue your way down through the schedule.

If you find a workout isn't a good fit for your body, skip it or substitute it with another on the list.

Be sure to have an exercise mat or a padded floor for your workout. Use 2-3 mats on top of each other if you need extra padding.
