No worries! There are workouts and programs designed just for you! Start with the Essentials Pre-Pilates Program (under the Program menu tab) if you have any mobility issues. The six class course will teach you the very basics of Pilates movement, even to showing you how to get up & down on the mat.

The Connect to Your Core Workout Series is numbered sequentially and begins by teaching the Pilates mat exercises and progresses onward to intermediate (and even some advanced) exercises.

Many of the videos are just mat workouts - so all you'll need is an exercise mat (or two) or a padded floor to do the workout. You can definitely get started without needing any special equipment!

However, using some props can help deepen your workout or up your workout game!

The most commonly used props in Digital Library workouts are the Magic Circle or 1- 2 lb hand weights. Check out the Props Store in the website menu to find links to purchase these props!

You'll find workouts in the Digital Library ranging in length from 5 to 60 minutes! Even if you just have a 5 - 10 minutes, you can find an exercise progression or short video that gets you moving.

Using the filters in the top left of the different Digital Library sections will help you find videos that are just the length you need.

Yes! All the workouts are labeled with filters that give the levels of experience or skill needed for that workout. You can use the filters in the top left of each Library section to look for videos that give you the challenge you need.

Current workouts levels available include:

Pre-Pilates, Beginner, Experienced Beginner, Beginner-Intermediate, Intermediate-Advanced.

This depends on many factors but if you are doing 3-4 workouts a week that average around 20-30 minutes each, you should start to feel some difference within two weeks.

Doing more is not always better with Pilates so plan for rest days in between most workout sessions.

If you continue this schedule of working out 3-4x/week, you should start to see the difference in your body in about four to six weeks.
