Mini-Workshop: Breathing Made Easy


A 1 hour workshop on using breathwork to deepen your mind-body connection.

This workshop will include a section that leads you through a Neuro-Reset, a simple & very effective movement sequence designed to help realign and reorganize your nervous system in order to release physical and mental tension held in the body.

You'll also learn easy Pilates exercises designed to build a stronger connection between your breath and your center (think core) - and how to move with your breath (not against it)!


Followed by a Q & A with Angie 🙋‍♀️

What you'll need:

  • Foam roller (3 ft long) & a large bath towel
  • Exercise/yoga mat - or two if extra cushioning is needed
