Support Your Neck Mat Workout

This workout is a combination of neck supported and neck strengthening exercises with a release technique at the end. This is a great beginner workout that could also helpful for those experiencing mild low back soreness. The movements are designed to build the upper shoulder girdle and core so that those areas can better support the neck and head. You'll love the creative use of my "handy-dandy" towel in this video!
