Roll-Up Progressions on the Mat

Take your Roll-Up to the next level in the Pilates mat work exercises!

If that last third of your Roll-Up (or the first third coming up) is hard for you to do, try the tips in this video. Using just a bath towel or cushion, you can start to articulate your spine more and strengthen your core to roll smoothly down & up from the mat in the Roll-Up.
