All the workouts in this series are basic beginner level Pilates with clear instructions and an easy pace - no prior Pilates experience is needed.

The videos are available for streaming anytime but also able to be downloaded for off-line access.


What you'll need:

  • Exercise/yoga mat (or two if extra cushioning is needed)
  • Hand or kitchen towel for padding (1-2)
