Reformer on the Mat - No. 3

A short Reformer on the Mat workout that moves through a few of the movement series you would do on a Pilates reformer.

We start with Footwork and move into some Long Box exercises, Long Stretch (Plank) flow, and end with Control Balance - an advanced move done on the Reformer but also found in the Pilates matwork

This workout moves at a moderate pace to give you a chance to see & learn the new flows it introduces!

If you'd like to add handweights to any of the exercises, you'll get extra strength-building benefits!
