Pre-Pilates Beginner Class: 24 Minute Workout

New to Pilates or feeling out of shape? This is a great first class! The video is a gentle introduction to connecting to your core muscles and learning the basics concepts of Pilates, called Pre-Pilates. The exercises in this workout are all done lying on your back on the mat - so no position changes.

Some modifications are given for adjusting the movements if you have limitations BUT if you need more, watch the Modifications for the Mat videos in the Library.
