Planking without Pain: Wrist Pain Solutions

Angie shares and demonstrates some of her favorite ways to help clients experiencing wrist pain during weight bearing exercises like Planks or Push-Ups... or any other exercises where the wrists are bent and supporting the body. These include no-cost helps for changing arm or wrist positioning to the use of props or aids that can be bought for assistance. One of the things Angie stresses at the end of this video is that wrist pain can be greatly reduced or eliminated over time through consistently working to strengthen the arms & shoulder girdle - as well as the core!
