Original 20 Minute Mat Workout

My version of the original 20 minute workout taught by Mari Winsor - and the first Pilates I ever did! Her 20 Minute Workout was part of a Pilates exercise series that came out in the early 2000's and was responsible for the huge surge in the public awareness of the Pilates Method across the USA. Once I did that first workout video (on VHS, no less), I was hooked and it become a part of a weekly rotation of Mari videos for years to come. I still recommend this workout to clients and recorded this version to give them (and you) a chance to experience how exercise done well doesn't mean lots of reps or time, just consistent practice.

Even though it's only 20 minutes long, this video will give you a thorough workout that will get you feeling (in Mari's words), "taller, stronger, and more sculpted!"
