You'll discover all kinds of creative takes on how Footwork, Long Stretch Series (Planking), Stomach Massage (so much abs!), Short Box, and, of course, Long Box Series with Horseback, Teaser, Breast Stroke (Prone exercises). and even Knee Stretches! Angie leads this class at a moderate pace so you have time to learn all the new moves and offers modifications if needed.
