A comprehensive self-paced 10-class Classical Pilates mat workout series that introduces you to the basic exercises and progressively builds your skills step-by-step until you have mastered a strong foundational mat practice.

This program is designed to help you become proficient in Pilates matwork!

You'll learn the all the beginner & many intermediate classical Pilates matwork exercises in their original order.

Classes start slowly at first as the basic movements are introduced, with each class gradually building on the one before.

By Class #5, the pace begins to pick up as more exercises are added and the challenge level grows.


Complete all 10 classes and you'll be ready for any intermediate level mat class and more!
