Mat + Shoulders is a series of 4 mat workouts that I designed to gradually and progressively build strength, stability, and mobility in your shoulders while also creating a strong connection between the your core to support better arm movement.
Intermediate Level
Mat workouts (may include standing at the beginning or ending)
Vary from 30-40 minutes in length
Various props needed for each workout (see below)

3). Stabilize w/ pole (31 min)
