Mat + Shoulders Workout Series

Mat + Shoulders is a series of 4 mat workouts that I designed to gradually and progressively build strength, stability, and mobility in your shoulders while also creating a strong connection between the your core to support better arm movement.

  • Intermediate Level

  • Mat workouts (may include standing at the beginning or ending)

  • Vary from 30-40 minutes in length

  • Various props needed for each workout (see below)

Series Workouts:

1).Mobilize w/ hand weights (35 min)

2). Connections w/ hand towel (38 min)

3). Stabilize w/ pole (31 min)

4). Strengthen w/ hand weights (33 min)... Coming soon!
