Mat + Shoulders #1: Mobilize w/ Handweights

Stiff or achey shoulders? Get them moving with this workout designed to gently bring better mobility back to the shoulder blades so the arms can move freely and easily! This workout starts with some basic (non- Pilates) rehab exercises that, if done daily, can help to restore a greater range of movement.
