Magic Circle Neck Stretcher Series

A short 7 minute standing workout for your neck! Angie shows you how to use the Magic Circle to adapt four of the exercises that were originally done in the Pilates studio with a specialized Pilates apparatus called the Neck Stretcher. These exercises are great for easily strengthening the neck and upper shoulder area. Do these movements consistently and you may feel your neck & shoulder tension begin to disappear!

This workout can also be done sitting.
