You'll only need 5 minutes for this short leg workout with the Magic Circle! This video challenges your balance while working your legs and hips. It can be a little tricky to move the Circle around to the different position on your ankles as you go through the moves but you'll still the get the benefits of the exercises if you stop to adjust the Circle as you go. With practice it does become easier! This is a great workout to combine with the Magic Circle Mat: Short Standing Arm Workout for a quick, whole body movement break.
