About the Roll-Up
This exercise is the second in the mat repertoire and it's purposes are to:
- Encourage articulation throughout entire spine through using the core muscles that wrap around your center body
- Build flexibility of the spine and back of the legs
- Self-massage for the spinal column
- Help realign the central nervous system
