About the Roll-Up

This exercise is the second in the mat repertoire and it's purposes are to:

  • Encourage articulation throughout entire spine through using the core muscles that wrap around your center body
  • Build flexibility of the spine and back of the legs
  • Self-massage for the spinal column
  • Help realign the central nervous system
