This collection of exercises are ones that I use with my clients to decrease pain with knee movement and restore strength to the muscles around the knee joint. For best results the exercises require consistent daily practice!
I have included a downloadable PDF called "Knee Pain Exercise Schedule" that offers a suggested schedule for doing the exercises over a 6 week time frame. Use the included exercise videos at first to help you learn the exercises. Once you know them well - after a couple weeks - then it may be easier or faster to practice the exercises by just using the Knee Pain Exercise Program PDF which you can download for easy viewing.
