I 🩷 Mari Series Workout Collection (6 videos)
My versions of my favorite old school Mari Winsor mat workouts! Mari's first videos (on VHS!) came out in the early 2000's and were responsible for the surge in the public awareness about the benefits of the Pilates Method across the US - and were the first Pilates I ever did!
Once I did Mari's first 20 minute workout, I was hooked and her videos become a part of a weekly rotation of mat workouts for years to come.
I recorded "cover versions" of those originals as a loving tribute to Mari because she truly was my inspiration to finally become a Pilates teacher years later!
Mari passed away in April of 2020 after a long battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) but her legacy lives on in all the people she touched with her joy & love for the Pilates Method. As Mari used to say, doing Pilates will get you feeling "taller, stronger, and more sculpted!"
Note: The workouts in this series are range from beginner to intermediate level - no prior Pilates experience is needed - but they all move a moderate to fast pace.
