Hip Pain Exercise Program
An exercise program designed to help regain mobility and stability in the feet and ankles.
👉 This program is FREE in the Digital Library Membership!
This collection of exercises are easy to do anywhere and a great to help for building strength and stability in the feet and ankles. In fact, I teach all of these to my clients so they can do them at home between sessions - or wherever they are!
These movements can also be helpful for any hip and/or knee issues that may arise from instability, misalignment, or weakness originating in feet or ankles.
The exercises should be done consistently but not overdone as the feet and ankles tend to be very responsive to corrective movement. One session a day for the first few weeks (then increasing reps as strength is built) is usually more than enough to notice a change in the quality of foot/ankle movement over the course of 4-6 weeks.
The videos are available for streaming anytime but also able to be downloaded for off-line access.
