Foot & Ankle Exercises - Relieve, Rebuild, Restore Collection

There is a strong connection between the movement of the feet/ankles function and how well the rest of the body "upstream" works. This is especially true for the knees and hips since they are the closest major joints!

This collection of exercises are ones that I frequently use with clients to help build strength and stability in their feet and ankles. They are especially helpful for any hip and/or knee issues that may arise from instability, misalignment, or weakness originating in feet or ankles.

The exercises should be done consistently but not overdone as the feet and ankles tend to be very responsive to corrective movement. A short session once or twice a day is usually more than enough to notice a change in the quality of foot/ankle movement over the course of 4-6 weeks.
