Foam Roller Mat Flow

Use a soft foam roller while doing your matwork! It's a great way to open the upper back and build extension in an area that's hard to access without needing fancy Pilates equipment. The roller helps the body learn to stabilize from the core while also giving a bit of fascia stimulation/release... like a working massage!

A fun workout to do when you want a change of pace and a little extra (but manageable) challenge.

Angie only recommends using a soft roller! If your roller is firm or hard, please put some kind of cushioning on it to do the workout.
