You'll learn the basic concepts and movements of Pilates at a slower pace, with each class gradually building on the one before.

This six class Pre-Pilates series is designed to be an easy-paced introduction to a learning the foundations of Pilates mat work and beginning a new exercise practice.

2). Six workouts ranging from 20-25minutes that you can access anytime and do anywhere - all downloadable (if desired)

The videos are available for streaming anytime but also able to be downloaded for off-line access.

What you'll need:

Exercise/yoga mat (or two if extra cushioning is needed)

Hand or kitchen towel for padding (1-2)
