Connect to Your Core Workout No. 3

This third video workout replay in the Connect to Your Core series focuses on learning to roll through your spine along with building on the fundamental Pilates exercise skills you've already practiced in the previous videos. Not only is rolling a great self-massage for the back, it's also fun! You'll see how to break down the components of rolling from the sitting position with legs bent or straight, as well as practicing "rolling" your spine in the other direction (extension) while lying on your stomach.
