Connect To Your Core Workout No. 2

In this second video replay from the Connect to Your Core series Zoom class, you'll learn more ways to connect your breath to your movement and even do a modified Teaser at the end! All you'll need for this workout is a mat or padded space to move and possibly a folded towel for a head cushion.

Find the easter egg: Look for the "thumbs up" screen bubble that shows up a few minutes into the workout (because screen gestures was accidentally left on) to let you know how great you're doing!
