This Breathing Made Easy mini-workshop is focused on using various breathing techniques to deepen the mind-body connection.
After a short standing warm-up exercise, I use a soft foam roller (or large bath towel) to lead you through a Neuro-Reset. This is a simple & very effective movement sequence designed to help realign and reorganize your nervous system in order to release physical and mental tension held in the body.
Afterward, I demonstrate how coordination of the breath in some of the basic Pilates exercises builds a stronger connection to your center (think core) - and how that can help you move with your breath (and not against it).
Along with the replay, you'll find a PDF of the exercises covered in the workshop which you can download/print out for future use.
