Beginners Flexion-Free Mat for the Low Back

Take care of back while strengthening your core! This video keeps you grounded and supported while creating connection and support for you low back. You'll actually get a thorough workout - front, back, & sides - without having to do any head lifts or weighted flexion of the spine. You'll end the exercises with a modified side plank to lengthen and strengthen the side lines of the body.
