Accelerated Body Sculpting Workout

This is my slightly adapted version of Mari Winsor's original longer Pilates mat workout. For the Pilates purists out there, the order is changed a bit from the traditional order to reflect what Mari knew and taught at the time - the early 2000's. It is a fun workout that moves at a good steady pace with tempo changes to keep things exciting. In the second half, it particularly focuses on working the lats (side body) to really "cinch in that waist" as Mari might say.

If doing the whole hour is too much, feel free to just go through the first half hour which finishes after the Prone (lying on the stomach) exercises. Either way you'll get a great workout courtesy of Mari!
