Mini-Workshop: Knees, Please!
A 1 hour workshop on easy-to-learn exercises that help build strength & stability in your knees. These movements, if done regularly, will increase joint mobility and reduce pain!
This workshop will include some specialized exercises used by Angie with her clients along with specific Pilates exercises that are particularly useful for the knees.
Followed by a Q & A with Angie 🙋♀️

What you'll need:
Throw pillow or large bath towel
Exercise/yoga mat - or two if extra cushioning is needed
