Why Use a Workout Schedule??
The Workout Schedules in Monthly Calendar menu tab on the website can help you use less brain power!
Decision fatigue is a real thing and you can use up valuable time & brain power just scrolling through all the workouts & descriptions - or trying to remember which one you did last or maybe wanted to do next.
You can use up lots of your valuable workout time by scrolling through all the workouts & descriptions - or trying to remember which one you did last or maybe wanted to do next. (This something I am super prone to doing... 😝)
Using the Workout Schedule means all you have to do is look at the current week of the month, click on that day's workout, and go to it!
No thinking required!

There are two different level schedules:
▶︎ Experienced Beginner - Intermediate/Advanced Level
This level is for those who've done Pilates before, don't have many limiting physical conditions, or are ready for a challenge
▶︎ Beginner Level
The Beginner level is for those who are just starting out in Pilates, want to learnt the fundamentals, or who have some physical challenges.
