It's finally looking like spring here in the Pacific NW and my thoughts are turning to gardening - and then summer fun in the water!
🌞 My body loves the warmer weather and this is the time of year when I tend to feel my best.
Which means I also need to take time to make sure my body is ready for the extra activity - so I don't end up on the sidelines for the next few months recovering from injury or overuse. (For me, it's usually my knees that like to give out first!)
