Upper Body Sculpting Workout

The Upper Body Sculpting Workout is a combined mat and standing workout that uses hand weight for many of the exercises to help with building strength in the arms and shoulder area. One to two pound hand weights are suggested but the exercises could be done without them - or you could use 12-16oz cans as a hand weights substitute. Like Mari would say, "You'll feel taller, stronger, and more sculpted" after completing this workout!
