Don't have access to a Pilates Reformer? No problem! Many of the Reformer moves can be adapted for the mat. In this workout, we use 1lb hand weights to add some of the resistance that the springs on the Reformer give during exercises. We start with Footwork and move through the Rowing Series, and then switch the order up a bit to do the Short Box moves before doing Long Box including the classics - Back Stroke and Teaser. The workout changes positions from sitting, lying down, prone, plank, kneeling, and all-fours. Enjoy this first fast-paced and challenging Reformer on the Mat!
