This is my redo of the Ab Sculpting Workout taught by Mari Winsor in the early '90's, It was part of her original Pilates Mat exercise series - and was my nemesis workout that I tried to do at least once a week for many years when my kids were young. This workout goes fast but it's only about 16 minutes long so by the time you think you've had enough, you're actually pretty much done!
In this workout you'll focus on challenging your core in simple, yet profound ways. The first time I did it, I just couldn't make those last few Teasers at the end happen. Don't let that discourage you! The abdominal muscles are amazing and will get stronger quickly if you keep practicing consistently.
Although this video is only 16 minutes long, it will give you a thorough workout that will get you feeling (in Mari's words), "taller, stronger, and more sculpted!"
