Connect to Your Core Workout No. 17

This faster paced workout starts with a version of Footwork (from the Reformer) on the mat. After you've warmed up your feet and gotten through a Hundred, Angie moves briskly through the early mat exercises. Later, she brings attention to the legs and waist through an extended Side Kick Series, Hip Twist, a fun All-Fours to Elephant to Plank Progression, and ends with a modified Mermaid (that's easy on the knees). Try this video if you're looking to cover the basics quickly and move into some challenging side & full body work!
