Connect to Your Core Workout No. 15

Ready to learn more about transitions? The Pilates mat work uses the movements between exercises AS an an exercise in itself. Learning transitions like going from standing to sitting on the mat or going from Rolling Like a Ball to Single Leg Stretch can make the work have more flow and give it extra challenge. In this video, Angie demonstrates many of the easier and popular transitions between the mat exercises so you can start to try them out. There's a fun twist on the Side Kick Series with some extra inner thigh work and, at the very end, Angie introduces Walking out to Plank (to prepare you for Push-Ups later on).
