Connect to Your Core Workout No. 13

This replay is a straight forward mat workout that's fun & fast-moving. It's a beginner to intermediate level workout that plays with tempo changes a bit to keep things interesting and introduces the Roll-Over, a the first inversion exercise in the Pilates mat order, for the first time. You also get a chance to try doing Single Straight Leg (Scissors) with the hands behind the head for an extra challenge.

The recording starts standing but stays on the mat until the ending which has a fun transition to upright with an Elephant walk.
