Arm Series on the "Barrel"

No barrel? No problem!

Angie shows you how to create a mock barrel that gives you enough lift & support to do the Arm Series (like in a Pilates studio).

This workout is done on your back and then turns you over to work the back of your arms while on your stomach.

You can use 1-2lb weights for this series or even 15oz soup cans!

  • Beginner Level/All Levels

  • Props needed: Throw pillows (1-2) & bath towels (1-2), hand weights
